This item cannot be customized as exact colours and varieties are based entirely on market availability (aka Mother Nature).

Please note that peonies and tulips are shipped to us in various stages of "openness". They are stored in refridgeration until they leave our shop to ensure freshness and longevity, but will open as soon as they leave our care. The average vase life for peonies is ~5 days; they're beauty is truly fleeting.

We cannot guarantee timed deliveries. Flower deliveries will be made from approximately 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and we are unable to accommodate timed delivery requests due to high volumes. If you need the flowers for early morning, we recommend selecting delivery for the day before or you can pick up from our shop when we open.

Your delivery rate will be determined at checkout according to your postal code. Our couriers charge us per piece, therefore if you order multiple arrangements to one address, additional delivery fees will apply. Please read about our delivery zones for shipping fees before placing your order.
