After submitting your inquiry form, we will be in touch to let you know of our availability and set up a time for a discovery call (~30 min)

After our call, we've gathered all the information required to put together a quote. The quote is not set in stone as designs can range and we want to work with you to find solutions that work within your budget and our minimum standards. Edits can be made after booking.

You want to work with us and are ready to complete the booking process! We will send our contract for you to read and send back a signed copy. The 25% retainer must be paid by e-transfer to secure the date.

We will start the creative process by putting together a visual proposal. This will be fine tuned once you have other tabletop details and venue details sorted closer to.

We will reach out again ~60 days before the big day, but encourage you to reach out by email with any major changes should there be any or questions/concerns you may have along the way.

You will receive a customized visual proposal within 30 days of booking. We expect to receive a response within 1 week with any questions, feedback or changes you'd like to make. Changes to the visual aspects can be made during the final design meeting ~5-6 weeks before the wedding. Visuals proposals are included in our full service offerings only.

Our design meeting is scheduled for ~5-6 weeks before the wedding day by which time you should have almost all your RSVPs. We meet in person at the shop (if it's doable for you), pull the hardware rentals and finalize all the details. You can add on a mock up centrepiece sample for an extra fee.

No more changes can be made as we have prepared the flower recipes, ordered your candles and rental items. We've ordered your flowers and anticipate seeing it all come together!

The final balance is due in full. We will not pick up your flowers or begin design work without payment. We've received the timeline from your planner and we're prepping your vases!
