The types of flowers vary based on season and availability. We cannot guarantee specific varieties at this time. The photos are provided to offer an idea of size and style. These colour palettes will be available for pickup or delivery from February 12th - 14th.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the volume of orders taking place across the city amongst all flower shops and the couriers are battling traffic, unpredictable weather and road conditions. Someone MUST be at the delivery address to accept the flowers as they cannot be left outside in sub-zero temperatures. All residential addresses aim to be delivered between 9 AM - 7 PM, all business addresses between 9 AM - 5 PM.
A phone number must be provided for the recipient or point of contact at the delivery address in addition, buzz codes and/or unit numbers are required for condos/apartments. Business names should be provided for all business addresses. Any re-deliveries or multiple delivery attempts will be subject to additional delivery charges. Our couriers charge us PER PIECE, therefore additional fees will be required for multiple pieces being delivered to the same address. We will contact you if this is the case.
